Smart Grader SG 603
The SMART GRADER 603 is the first in the series; an electronic grader that can grade six rows simultaneously colour, shape, diameter and size with cameras. To obtain an optimal singulation, we make use of a conic rollers table with an accurate angle adjustment. Tubers are selected and checked on previous programmed criteria in the software. Than, each tuber comes to its respective grading area through one of the three exits. The whole process is so fast that you can easily achieve a capacity of 5 to 10 tonnes/hour depending on the average tuber weight. The applied Vision software is very user-friendly. Parameters can be entered quickly, which enables the user to switch easily to other grading criteria. All SMART GRADER’s can be online through an ADSL line. This online connection permits us to advice, to change adjusts and to give technical support at distance to users. Hortagro sets a new course with the SMART GRADER in saving labour, improving quality and optimising grading process. Those are the three fields to make profit on. The result is of course a much more homogeneous grading, even more it is now possible to grade on shape and/or quality. Cameras register accurately damages, discolorations and other defects.
